- 2 POM® Everything Bagels, halved and toasted
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp (10 mL) water
- Pinch each salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp (15 mL) butter
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) diced ham
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 2 slices Cheddar cheese
Whisk eggs with water, salt and pepper. Heat butter in small non-stick skillet set over medium heat. Add ham and green onions. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until onions soften. Add egg mixture. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until egg mixture starts to set around the edges; flip. Add cheese slices on top. Cook for 2 minutes more or until eggs are fully set and cheese is melted.
Place omelette on bottom halves of bagels; cap with bagel tops.
Tip: For vegetarian sandwich, omit ham.
Serve with lettuce, tomato slices if desired.
Substitute Swiss, mozzarella or havarti.
