- 4 slices POM® White Bread
- 12 frozen prepared chicken fingers
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) paprika
- Pinch each salt and pepper
- Maple syrup
Bake chicken fingers according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in shallow baking dish, whisk together milk, eggs, paprika, salt and pepper. Dip bread slices into egg mixture, coating completely and allowing excess liquid to drip back into dish.
Press in waffle maker for 3 to 5 minutes or until bread is golden brown and marked. Top waffles with chicken fingers and drizzle with maple syrup.
