- 2 POM® Tortillas Original10-in.
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) prepared tzatziki sauce
- 4 scrambled eggs
- 4 cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) pitted and sliced Kalamata olives
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) finely crumbled feta cheese
Arrange the tortillas on clean work surface; spread tzatziki down along centre of each tortilla. Top evenly with scrambled eggs, tomatoes, olives and feta cheese.
Fold up bottom of tortillas over filling, then fold in sides and roll up tightly.
