- 10 slices POM® Ultra Moelleux White Bread
- 2 tbsp (15 mL) butter, softened
- 7 slices Cheddar cheese, divided
- 5 slices deli ham
- 5 lettuce leaves
- 5 slices tomato
Spread slices of bread with butter. Top 5 slices of bread with cheese, ham, lettuce and tomato. Cap with remaining bread, pressing lightly. Cut crusts from bread; cut each sandwich into 4 squares.
Using small number-shaped cookie cutters, cut out two sets of numbers (1 to 10) from remaining cheese slices. Place numbers on top of sandwiches. Arrange on 2 plates in hopscotch shape.
