- 1 package POM® Ultra Moelleux Toasted Hot Dog Buns (12)
- 2 lb (1 kg) crevette de matan
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) chili powder
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) each salt and pepper
- 1 cup (250 mL) plain 2% Greek yogurt
- 3 cups (750 mL) thinly sliced cucumber
Preheat grill to medium-high heat; grease grate well. Toss shrimp with chili powder, salt and pepper. Add to a perforated foil pie plate. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp are hot.
Assemble shrimp in buns. Garnish with yogurt and cucumber.
