This diner classic is given a Canadian twist by using peameal bacon and Canadian Cheddar cheese.

Ingredients
- 4 POM® Ultra Moelleux Hamburger Buns, split
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) butter
- 8 slices peameal bacon
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) mayonnaise
- 4 slices white Cheddar cheese
- 4 leaves lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
Directions
1. Melt butter in large skillet set over medium heat; cook bacon for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until golden and cooked through.
2. Spread mayonnaise evenly over buns. Assemble bacon in buns with cheese, lettuce and tomato slices.
Tip: Add a few dashes of hot sauce to mayo for an extra kick.
