Crunchy pear is layered with turkey and tangy blue cheese on a whole wheat bagel.

Ingredients
- 1 POM® Whole Wheat Bagel, halved and toasted
- 2 tsp (10 mL) Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) arugula
- 2 slices oven-roasted turkey breast
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) crumbled blue cheese
- 4 slices pear
Directions
SPREAD bagel halves with mustard.
TOP bottom half of bagel with arugula, turkey, blue cheese and pear.
CAP with top of bagel.
Tip: Substitute spinach for the arugula if desired.
