- 1 POM® 100% Whole Wheat Bagel, split and toasted
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) light cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) thawed chopped spinach, pressed dry
- 2 tbsp (25 mL) chopped pickled jalapeno peppers
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped fresh basil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tomato, chopped
- Pinch each salt and pepper
Add cream cheese, spinach, jalapeno, basil, garlic and 1 tbsp water to food processor; pulse until smooth.
Spread 1 tbsp (15 mL) cream cheese mixture over each bagel half. (Refrigerate remaining cream cheese mixture for another use.) Top with tomato. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
