- 1 POM® Cinnamon Raisin Bagel, halved
- 2 slices Gruyère cheese
- 2 slices Brie cheese
- 1 slice white Cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp (10 mL) butter
LAYER Gruyère, Brie and Cheddar cheese over bottom half of bagel; cap with top of bagel.
IN nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat; fry bagel, pressing with spatula, for 3 or 4 minutes or until golden brown and toasted on the bottom.
TURN and fry for 3 or 4 minutes or until toasted and cheese is melted.
Tip: If you like, try using different combinations of cheeses.
