- 2 POM® Tortillas Original (10 inch)
- 4 tsp (20 mL) olive tapenade
- 2 slices provolone cheese
- 4 slices Genoa salami
- 4 slices capicola
- 2 slices ham
- 2 slices Fontina cheese
- 1 jarred roasted red pepper, sliced
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil
Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Laytortillas on clean work surface; spread olive tapenade evenly over half of each tortilla. Layerslice of provolone, 2 slices salami, 2 slices capicola, slice of ham and slice of Fontina over olive tapenade on each tortilla half; scatter roasted red peppers over top. Fold tortilla in half over the filling.
Brush both sides of tortilla with oil; place on prepared pan. Bake in 400°F (200°C) oven for 10 minutes or until cheese starts to melt and tortillas are lightly browned.
