The warming spices of pumpkin pie complement the sweetness of a cinnamon raisin bagel.

  • 1 POM® Cinnamon Raisin Bagel, halved and toasted
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) cream cheese
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) honey
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) toasted pumpkin seeds


Whisk together cream cheese, honey and pumpkin pie spice. Spread mixture over bottom halves of bagels. Sprinkle with toasted pumpkin seeds.

Tip: You can substitute maple syrup for the honey if desired.
