Ingredients

  • 1 pack POM® Signature Pull-Aparts Sweet Hawaiian Rolls
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup (65g) strawberry jam
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (150°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Separate the buns. Using the end of a wooden spoon, poke a hole in one side of each bun, slightly
  4. wiggling to widen the cavity, without piercing through to the outside.
  5. Place buns on the prepared baking sheet and brush tops with melted butter. Bake until warmed through, 3 to 4 minutes. Let cool 1 minute.
  6. If the jam being used is coarse with strawberry pieces, place it in a blender and blend until smooth and no chunks remain. Fill a piping bag with smooth jam. Lightly squeeze the tip into the opening to fill the bun but not overflow, about 2 teaspoons.
