Powdered Strawberry Filled Pull-Apart “Donuts”

Ingredients
- 1 pack POM® Signature Pull-Aparts Sweet Hawaiian Rolls
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup (65g) strawberry jam
- 1 tbsp (15ml) powdered sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (150°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate the buns. Using the end of a wooden spoon, poke a hole in one side of each bun, slightly
- wiggling to widen the cavity, without piercing through to the outside.
- Place buns on the prepared baking sheet and brush tops with melted butter. Bake until warmed through, 3 to 4 minutes. Let cool 1 minute.
- If the jam being used is coarse with strawberry pieces, place it in a blender and blend until smooth and no chunks remain. Fill a piping bag with smooth jam. Lightly squeeze the tip into the opening to fill the bun but not overflow, about 2 teaspoons.
