Enjoy these yummy sandwiches around the campfire or anywhere you like.
POM® Ultra-Soft™ Hamburger Buns
- 1 POM® Original Hamburger Buns
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) melted butter
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) hazelnut chocolate spread
- 8 graham cracker squares, broken into pieces
- 16 marshmallows
- Preheat grill to medium-high; grease grate well.
- Brush buns evenly with butter and grill for 1 to 2 minutes a side, or until toasted.
- Spread 1 tbsp (15 mL) hazelnut spread on bottom bun halves.
- Sprinkle with pieces of graham crackers.
- Place marshmallows on long metal skewers or forks.
- Toast, holding marshmallows approximately 6 inches above the grill for 2 to 3 minutes, turning until golden brown all over.
- Add 2 toasted marshmallows to each and cap with remaining bun halves.
- Cut in half and serve.
- If serving for less people, divide accordingly.
