S'more Sandwich

POM® Ultra-Soft™ Hamburger Buns


  • 1 POM® Original Hamburger Buns
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) melted butter
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) hazelnut chocolate spread
  • 8 graham cracker squares, broken into pieces
  • 16 marshmallows


  1. Preheat grill to medium-high; grease grate well.
  2. Brush buns evenly with butter and grill for 1 to 2 minutes a side, or until toasted.
  3. Spread 1 tbsp (15 mL) hazelnut spread on bottom bun halves.
  4. Sprinkle with pieces of graham crackers.
  5. Place marshmallows on long metal skewers or forks.
  6. Toast, holding marshmallows approximately 6 inches above the grill for 2 to 3 minutes, turning until golden brown all over.
  7. Add 2 toasted marshmallows to each and cap with remaining bun halves.
  8. Cut in half and serve.
  9. If serving for less people, divide accordingly.
