Ingredients
- 12 POM® Ultra-Soft™ Hot Dog Buns, Toasted
- 3 lb (1.4 kg) cod fillets
- 3 cups (750 mL) shredded lettuce
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) chopped tomatoes
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) mayonnaise
- 1 package (5 g) shredded or sliced seaweed (Kombu Royal from Gaspesie)
Directions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat; grease grate well.
- Grill cod for 3 to 5 minutes per side or until just cooked through and starts to flake.
- Add shredded lettuce to each bun.
- Flake fish evenly into each bun. Garnish with tomatoes, mayonnaise and seaweed.
Tips: If serving for less people, divide accordingly.
Substitute shredded seaweed for sliced Nori sheets, if desired.
