BBQ Chicken Tacos
A quick stop at the grocery store, a few minutes prep, and dinner is served.
POM® 100% Whole Wheat Medium Tortillas
- 4 POM® 100% Whole Wheat Tortillas 7 in., warmed
- 2 cups (500 mL) shredded cooked rotisserie chicken
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) prepared guacamole
- In bowl, toss chicken with barbecue sauce.
- Spread guacamole evenly over tortillas.
- Divide chicken between tortillas.
Tip: Garnish with your favourite toppings, such as sour cream, fresh cilantro or shredded cheese.
