Pastrami Reuben Wrap
This variation on a Reuben sandwich is all wrapped up.
POM® 100% Whole Wheat Medium Tortillas
- 2 POM® 100% Whole Wheat Tortillas 7 in.4 tsp (20 mL) sweet Russian mustard2 slices pastrami (about 3 oz/90 g total) 4 slices Swiss cheese (about 1 oz/30 g total) 1 cup (250 mL) sauerkraut, drained Dill pickles Prepared Thousand Island dressing (optional)
- Arrange tortillas on clean work surface; spread mustard along centre of each tortilla, leaving small border at ends.
- Arrange pastrami, cheese and 2 tbsp (30 mL) of the sauerkraut overtop; fold up bottoms of tortillas over filling, then fold in sides and roll up tightly.
- Serve with remaining sauerkraut, dill pickles, and Thousand Island Dressing, if using.
Tips: If you like, switch it up with creamy coleslaw.
