POM® Tortizza™ Flatbread with Italian Herbs


POM® Tortizza™ Italian Herbs, large format


  • 1 Package of POM® Tortizza™ Italian Herbs, large format
  • 1/3 Cup (75g) Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 2 Balls (680g) of Mozzarella, shredded
  • 1 1/2 Cups (375g) Provolone, shredded
  • 1/2 Cup (125g) Parmesan
  • 1 Tbs (15g) Garlic Powder


  1. Preheat the Air-fryer to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Evenly divide butter and spread over each Tortizza™
  3. Sprinkle each with shredded mozzarella, provolone, and garlic powder.
  4. Layer one on top of the other and sprinkle the top layer with parmesan cheese.
  5. Air-fry at 400°F (205°C) for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
  6. Remove and slice into wedges for serving.
  7. Repeat the process with each Tortizza™.
