Buffalo Chicken Sub
POM® Signature Gold Hot Dog Buns
- 4 POM® Signature Gold Sausage Buns
- 1 - 28 oz (800g) Package of Frozen Chicken Fingers
- 4 Tsp (20mL) Hot Sauce
- 1/2 Cup (125g) Blue Cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 Cup (125g) Mayonnaise
- 1 Head of Boston Lettuce
- 1 Red Onion, shredded
- 2 Cups (500g) Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
- 4 Large Carrots, washed and peeled
- 4 Large Stalks of Celery, washed
Prepare frozen chicken fingers according to package directions.
In a small mixing bowl, combine hot sauce, blue cheese, and mayonnaise.
Toast 4 sausage buns.
Spread each with blue cheese mixture, and layer with lettuce, red onions, cooked chicken fingers and top with cherry tomatoes.
Cut carrots and celery stalks into sticks and serve with the sandwich.
