Directions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Prepare jalapeño apple slaw, whisking the honey, lime juice, rice vinegar and olive oil in a large mixing bowl, until smooth and saucy.
- Toss in the jalapeño peppers, red bell pepper, apple, red onion, and red cabbage and stir to coat.
- Set aside and/or chill to allow ingredients to incorporate
- Grill hot dogs, turning occasionally for about 8-10 minutes until heated through.
- Split and place 4 sausage buns on the grill, cut sides down and toast for about 10 seconds until just golden.
- Spread with grainy mustard.
- Place hot dogs into the sausage buns.
- Top with jalapeño apple slaw.
