Fully Loaded Breakfast Bagel

POM® Everything Bagels
- 4 POM® Everything Bagels, halved
- 2 tsp (10 mL) butter
- 8 slices butter (Boston) lettuce
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese
- 4 slices large tomato
- 8 strips bacon, cooked
- 4 over-easy fried eggs
- Toast bagels and spread with butter.
- Top bottom halves of bagels with lettuce, cheese, tomato, bacon and fried eggs.
- Cap with bagel tops.
Tip: These bagels are also delicious with smoked Cheddar, Monterey Jack or mozzarella cheese.
