Classic Cream Cheese and Lox Bagel
Start the day with a satisfying breakfast classic. The dill cream cheese and everything bagels are a tasty complement to the smoked salmon.

POM® Everything Bagels
- 1 POM® Everything Bagel, halved and toasted
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) dill cream cheese
- 8 thin slices cucumber
- 4 slices smoked salmon
- 2 thin slices red onion
- Spread dill cream cheese evenly over bagel halves.
- Layer cucumber, smoked salmon and red onion over bottom halves of bagels.
- Cap with tops of bagels.
Garnish each sandwich with 1 tbsp (15 mL) drained capers and/or freshly cracked black pepper to taste if you like.
If you can't find prepared dill cream cheese, mix 2 tsp (10 mL) chopped fresh dill or 1/2 tsp (2 mL) dried dill with softened cream cheese until combined.
