Start the day with a satisfying breakfast classic. The dill cream cheese and everything bagels are a tasty complement to the smoked salmon.

  • 1 POM® Everything Bagel, halved and toasted
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) dill cream cheese
  • 8 thin slices cucumber
  • 4 slices smoked salmon
  • 2 thin slices red onion


Spread dill cream cheese evenly over bagel halves. Layer cucumber, smoked salmon and red onion over bottom halves of bagels. Cap with tops of bagels.

Garnish each sandwich with 1 tbsp (15 mL) drained capers and/or freshly cracked black pepper to taste if you like.

If you can’t find prepared dill cream cheese, mix 2 tsp (10 mL) chopped fresh dill or 1/2 tsp (2 mL) dried dill with softened cream cheese until combined.
