Ingredients
- 4 POM® 9 Grains Large Tortillas
- 1 Cup (250g) Hummus
- 16 oz (450g) Deli Turkey Slices
- 1 Cup (250g) Roasted Red Bell Peppers, sliced
- 1 Avocado, pitted, peeled, and sliced
- 1 Cup (250g) Baby Spinach
- 4 Leaves of Lettuce, shredded
Directions
- Heat up a dry fry pan over high heat and quickly toast up each tortilla for about 20-30 seconds per side until toasty, but still pliable.
- On a clean work surface evenly divide and spread each tortilla with hummus.
- Layer with turkey slices, roasted red peppers, avocado, spinach, and lettuce.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly into a wrap.
- Serve extra hummus for dipping.
