  • 4 POM® 9 Grains Large Tortillas
  • 1 Cup (250g) Hummus
  • 16 oz (450g) Deli Turkey Slices
  • 1 Cup (250g) Roasted Red Bell Peppers, sliced
  • 1 Avocado, pitted, peeled, and sliced
  • 1 Cup (250g) Baby Spinach
  • 4 Leaves of Lettuce, shredded


  1. Heat up a dry fry pan over high heat and quickly toast up each tortilla for about 20-30 seconds per side until toasty, but still pliable.
  2. On a clean work surface evenly divide and spread each tortilla with hummus.
  3. Layer with turkey slices, roasted red peppers, avocado, spinach, and lettuce.
  4. Roll up each tortilla tightly into a wrap.
  5. Serve extra hummus for dipping.
