Ingredients

  • 4 POM® Everything Bagels, halved
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) butter
  • 8 slices butter (Boston) lettuce
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices large tomato
  • 8 strips bacon, cooked
  • 4 over-easy fried eggs

Directions

  1. Toast bagels and spread with butter.
  2. Top bottom halves of bagels with lettuce, cheese, tomato, bacon and fried eggs.
  3. Cap with bagel tops.

Tip: These bagels are also delicious with smoked Cheddar, Monterey Jack or mozzarella cheese.
