Pulled Pork Tacos
Using prepared pulled pork and coleslaw mix means that dinner is on the table faster than takeout!

POM® Original Medium Tortillas
- 8 POM® Original Tortillas 7 in., warmed
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) coleslaw mix
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) coleslaw dressing
- 2 cups (500 mL) prepared pulled pork, heated
- 1 ripe avocado, pitted and sliced
- Toss coleslaw mix with dressing.
- Top each tortilla with heated pulled pork, coleslaw and sliced avocado.
Tip: Add pickled jalapeno peppers or hot sauce to the tacos for a spicy kick.
