Ingredients

  • 8 POM® Original Tortillas 7 in., warmed
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) coleslaw dressing
  • 2 cups (500 mL) prepared pulled pork, heated
  • 1 ripe avocado, pitted and sliced

Directions

  1. Toss coleslaw mix with dressing.
  2. Top each tortilla with heated pulled pork, coleslaw and sliced avocado.

Tip: Add pickled jalapeno peppers or hot sauce to the tacos for a spicy kick.
