For pizza lovers, this easy breakfast bagel with pepperoni and pickled jalapeno peppers is great for busy mornings.

  • 1 POM® Plain Bagels, halved
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) pasta or pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) grated mozzarella cheese
  • 8 slices pepperoni
  • 8 pickled jalapeno pepper slices
  • 2 fried eggs


  1. Preheat broiler on high.
  2. Spread pasta sauce evenly over each bagel half.
  3. Top with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices and jalapeno peppers.
  4. Broil on foil-lined baking sheet for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  5. Top each half with fried egg.
