Breakfast Pizza Bagel
For pizza lovers, this easy breakfast bagel with pepperoni and pickled jalapeno peppers is great for busy mornings.

POM® Plain Bagels
- 1 POM® Plain Bagels, halved
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) pasta or pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) grated mozzarella cheese
- 8 slices pepperoni
- 8 pickled jalapeno pepper slices
- 2 fried eggs
- Preheat broiler on high.
- Spread pasta sauce evenly over each bagel half.
- Top with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices and jalapeno peppers.
- Broil on foil-lined baking sheet for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Top each half with fried egg.
