Four Cheese with Pesto Bagel
This bagel is the ultimate cheesy snack. Perfect for afterschool snack or late night munchies.
POM® Plain Bagels
- 1 POM® Plain Bagels, halved
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) basil pesto
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) shredded 4 Italian cheese blend
- 4 fresh basil leaves, slices (optional)
- Preheat broiler on high.
- Top each bagel half evenly with pesto and cheeses.
- Place on foil lined baking sheet.
- Broil for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Garnish with fresh basil if using.
Tips: Use a pre-packaged Italian cheese blend or try a mix of mozzarella, fontina, provolone and Parmesan cheese.
