  • 1 POM® Plain Bagels, halved
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) basil pesto
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) shredded 4 Italian cheese blend
  • 4 fresh basil leaves, slices (optional)


  1. Preheat broiler on high.
  2. Top each bagel half evenly with pesto and cheeses.
  3. Place on foil lined baking sheet.
  4. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil if using.

Tips: Use a pre-packaged Italian cheese blend or try a mix of mozzarella, fontina, provolone and Parmesan cheese.
