POM® Signature Four Cheese Bagels


  • 1 POM® Signature Four Cheese Bagels, split and toasted
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) arugula
  • 1/4 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) thinly sliced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) sprouts
  • Pinch each salt and pepper


  1. Spread cream cheese over bottom half of bagel. Top with arugula, avocado, cucumber and sprouts.
  2. Season with salt and pepper. Cap with top half of bagel.

Tip: Alternatively, divide arugula, avocado, cucumber and sprouts over both halves of bagels and serve as an open-face sandwich.
