Green Goddess Bagel Sandwich
This sandwich is full of freshness. It is perfect for lunchtime!
POM® Signature Four Cheese Bagels
- 1 POM® Signature Four Cheese Bagels, split and toasted
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) cream cheese
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) arugula
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) thinly sliced cucumber
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) sprouts
- Pinch each salt and pepper
- Spread cream cheese over bottom half of bagel. Top with arugula, avocado, cucumber and sprouts.
- Season with salt and pepper. Cap with top half of bagel.
Tip: Alternatively, divide arugula, avocado, cucumber and sprouts over both halves of bagels and serve as an open-face sandwich.
