Roast Beef with Horseradish Mayo and Arugula Wraps

  • 4 POM® Original Tortillas, 10 in.
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) mayo
  • 1 1/2 tsp (7 mL) horseradish
  • 1 cup (250 mL) baby arugula
  • 200g roast beef or leftover sliced steak
  • 1 medium ripe tomato, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a small bowl mix the mayo and horseradish until blended.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Lay one tortilla on a surface.
  4. Spread 1 tbsp of horseradish mayo over the whole tortilla leaving a one-inch border.
  5. Place 1/4 cup arugula along the bottom. Top with 50g roast beef, two slices of tomato and salt and pepper if desired.
  6. Fold in the sides and roll up.
  7. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
