Ingredients
Sandwich:
- 2 Slices of POM® Signature Everything Bread
- 2 Leaves of Butter or Boston Lettuce
- 1 Heirloom Tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 Small Vidalia Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 Avocado, peeled, pitted, and thinly sliced
- 1 Small Cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2-3 Pepperoncini Peppers, stems removed and thinly sliced
- 1/3 Cup (75g) Alfalfa Sprouts
Garlic Herb Cream Cheese:
- 1 x 8 oz (226g) Package of Cream Cheese - Softened
- 1/4 Cup (60g) Chopped Herbs (Chives, Fresh Basil, and Dill)
- 1 Small Clove of Garlic, finely minced
- 1 Tbsp (15g) Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tsp (5g) Milk, more if too thick
Directions
- Prepare Garlic Herb Cream Cheese Spread by adding all ingredients into a food processor/stand mixer and pulse until whipped and well combined.
- Spread each slice of bread with garlic herb cream cheese.
- Layer bread with lettuce, tomato slices, onion slices, bell peppers, avocado, cucumber, and pepperoncini peppers and top with the remaining slice of bread.
