  • 2 POM® Original Large Tortillas
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Sausage Patties
  • 2 Frozen Hashbrown
  • 4 Cheddar Cheese Slices
  • Optional Dipping Sauces: Chipotle or Sriracha Mayo


  1. Preheat Oven to 400°F (205°C)
  2. Place Hash Browns on a baking sheet and bake in 400°F oven till golden brown
  3. In a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, Sauté Sausage Patties for 2 minutes per side until cooked through. Set aside.
  4. Whisk eggs in a bowl and pour into the pan the patties were cooked in, over medium heat cook till set and fold into three. Divide in half - lengthwise
  5. Lay out tortillas, lay folded eggs halved sausage patties halved frozen hashbrowns and two slices of cheese on each. Fold tortilla around ingredients and grill in a pan till warmed through and cheese is melting. Serve immediately
