Ingredients
- 2 POM® Original Large Tortillas
- 1 Breaded Chicken Breast, cooked
- 2 Slices Marble Cheese, halved
- 1 cup Baby Spinach
- 1/4 cup Roasted Red Pepper Strips
- 2 tbsp Marinara Sauce
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
- Slice the breaded chicken.
- Place each tortilla on a cutting board and spread the marinara sauce evenly.
- Top with marble cheese, sliced chicken, roasted red pepper, and baby spinach.
- Fold in both ends and roll the wrap with the seam side facing down. Place both wraps in a non-stick skillet and toast each side for 2 minutes. Transfer the skillet directly into the oven for another 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the ingredients are warmed through.
